Sudan: Arbitrary detention of human rights defenders continue

Sudan National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) has released Dr. Adam Dawood Elhassan and Mr. Abdallah Ekheishen from prison after 46 days in detention without charge, Sudan Human Rights (SHRN) has learned.

SHRN is deeply concerned about the ongoing arbitrary detention of Mr. Farouk Abu Eisa, Dr. Amin Mekki Medani, Dr. Farah Ibrahim Mohamed Al-Agar, Eng. Mohamed Eldude, Mr. Al-Haj Gadem Azraq, and other opposition and human rights activists in Sudan.
